BuildFlows (“BuildFlows”, “हम”, “हमारा” या “Platform”) एक Construction Support, Mediation & Marketplace Facilitation Platform है।
BuildFlows का उद्देश्य construction से जुड़ी जरूरतों को एक व्यवस्थित platform के माध्यम से customers, dealers, suppliers, contractors, engineers, technicians, property owners और अन्य relevant parties के बीच जोड़ना और communication facilitate करना है।
मध्यस्थता का स्वरूप: BuildFlows मुख्य रूप से एक Mediator / Facilitator के रूप में कार्य करता है।
BuildFlows का उद्देश्य customer को:
- Construction Material की जानकारी और quotation options उपलब्ध कराने में सहायता करना;
- Construction-related Services के लिए suitable professionals से connect कराना;
- Multiple quotations/options प्राप्त करने में सहायता करना;
- Price, quality, specification और delivery जैसी उपलब्ध जानकारी की तुलना करने में सहायता करना;
- Construction requirements को संबंधित dealers/professionals तक पहुँचाना;
- Customer और संबंधित third party के बीच communication facilitate करना;
- Construction journey को अधिक organised और transparent बनाने में सहायता करना।
स्पष्टीकरण: BuildFlows स्वयं प्रत्येक product या service का seller, manufacturer, supplier, contractor, engineer, technician, property owner या agent नहीं है, जब तक किसी particular transaction में BuildFlows द्वारा स्पष्ट रूप से लिखित रूप में अलग भूमिका स्वीकार न की गई हो।
BuildFlows का मूल business model निम्न पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया पर आधारित है:

Customer अपनी निर्माण या सामग्री संबंधी आवश्यकता BuildFlows को बताता है।

अंतिम निर्णय पूरी तरह customer का होता है। किसी विशिष्ट विक्रेता को चुनने का कोई दबाव नहीं होता।

जहाँ संभव और applicable हो, BuildFlows communication और coordination में सहायता कर सकता है।
Customer स्पष्ट रूप से समझता और स्वीकार करता है कि:

BuildFlows platform पर उपलब्ध कई dealers, suppliers, contractors, engineers, plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, carpenters और अन्य professionals स्वतंत्र third-party businesses/persons हो सकते हैं।

BuildFlows का role मुख्य रूप से connection, facilitation, communication और support तक सीमित रहेगा।
Customer BuildFlows के माध्यम से किसी material के लिए Free Quotation request कर सकता है।

Customer की requirement उपलब्ध संबंधित dealers/suppliers तक भेजी जा सकती है। BuildFlows available network के आधार पर एक quotation, multiple quotations, alternative products, alternative brands, या available options customer को उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास कर सकता है।
📌 नोट: हर requirement पर multiple quotations मिलना guaranteed नहीं है।
BuildFlows द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया गया quotation केवल available information/third-party quotation हो सकता है। Quotation को final purchase confirmation नहीं माना जाएगा जब तक customer और संबंधित seller/supplier द्वारा transaction confirm न किया जाए।
Quotation में निम्न factors अलग हो सकते हैं:

Customer को purchase से पहले संबंधित details की पुष्टि करनी चाहिए।
BuildFlows customer को available quotations/options की तुलना करने में सहायता कर सकता है। लेकिन:
तुलना सिद्धांत:
• कम कीमत का अर्थ हमेशा बेहतर value या quality नहीं होता।
• इसी प्रकार: अधिक कीमत का अर्थ हमेशा बेहतर quality नहीं होता।
Price और quality location, brand, specification, availability, quantity, transportation और supplier conditions के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं। BuildFlows उपलब्ध जानकारी के आधार पर सामान्य guidance दे सकता है, लेकिन अंतिम product selection customer का निर्णय होगा।
यदि website या communication में “Best Price”, “Best Quality”, “Better Option” या समान शब्दों का उपयोग किया जाता है, तो उनका अर्थ absolute या universal guarantee नहीं माना जाएगा।
ये terms available quotations, market information या comparison के संदर्भ में उपयोग किए जा सकते हैं। Customer को final purchase से पहले independent verification करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
BuildFlows अपने internal verification process के अनुसार किसी dealer, supplier या professional को “BuildFlows Verified” status दे सकता है।
Verification में उपलब्ध जानकारी की जाँच शामिल हो सकती है:
- Name & Mobile number verification
- Business details & Address/location check
- Documents & Business identity
- GST details, जहाँ applicable हो
- Business information & Contact parameters
महत्वपूर्ण स्पष्टीकरण: “BuildFlows Verified” का अर्थ 100% guarantee नहीं है। Verification केवल BuildFlows की निर्धारित verification process के अनुसार उपलब्ध information की जाँच को दर्शाता है। यह किसी third party की future performance, financial capacity, product quality, workmanship, honesty, legal ownership, future conduct या transaction performance की 100% guarantee नहीं है।
BuildFlows किसी भी verification status को review, suspend, remove या update कर सकता है।
BuildFlows customer को available construction professionals से connect कराने में सहायता कर सकता है।
Services में शामिल हो सकते हैं:

अन्य निर्माण विशेषज्ञ
Third-party professional द्वारा दिए गए quotation और commitment की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित professional की होगी। इसमें work quality, labour, material, timeline, safety, workmanship, warranty, payment, completion, repair, replacement, और after-sales service शामिल हैं।
यदि किसी particular service में BuildFlows स्वयं या BuildFlows की authorised team contracting/service party के रूप में शामिल होती है, तो उस service के लिए अलग:
- Quotation
- Work Order
- Agreement
- Invoice
- Service Terms & Payment Terms
लागू हो सकते हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में उस specific transaction के documents को प्राथमिक माना जाएगा।
Customer की स्पष्ट जिम्मेदारी है कि वह:
- सही नाम और contact details दे;
- सही requirement बताए;
- सही quantity बताए;
- सही delivery location दे;
- Quotation ध्यान से पढ़े;
- Brand/specification verify करे;
- Seller/professional की details verify करे;
- Invoice/bill प्राप्त करे;
- Payment details verify करे;
- Property documents independently verify करे;
- Agreement/quotation को समझकर स्वीकार करे;
- गलत या fraudulent information न दे।
Customer को किसी भी transaction से पहले आवश्यक independent verification करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
BuildFlows का role transaction के अनुसार अलग हो सकता है:
- यदि transaction customer और third-party seller/professional के बीच है, तो payment terms संबंधित parties के बीच तय होंगे।
- Customer को payment से पहले यह स्पष्ट करना चाहिए: Payment किस व्यक्ति या business entity को किया जा रहा है?
- यदि payment BuildFlows को किया जाता है, तो उस particular transaction के लिए applicable invoice, receipt, payment terms, और cancellation/refund terms लागू होंगे।
⚠️ सख्त सुरक्षा चेतावनी: Customer को बिना verification किसी unknown व्यक्ति के personal bank account/UPI पर payment करने से बचना चाहिए।
Material की delivery third-party supplier/dealer या agreed logistics provider द्वारा की जा सकती है। Delivery में delay निम्न कारणों से हो सकता है:

Transportation
Traffic
Weather
Loading/unloading
Location
Supplier conditions
Local circumstances
अन्य unforeseen circumstances
Customer को delivery के समय जहाँ संभव हो:
- Quantity की जाँच करें;
- Material और Brand का मिलान करें;
- Specification और Visible condition देखें;
- Invoice / Delivery Challan check करें।
BuildFlows customer complaints को receive और facilitate करने का प्रयास कर सकता है। Complaint के समय customer को जहाँ उपलब्ध हो:

Photos

Seller/professional details
Project ID
प्रदान करना चाहिए। BuildFlows उपलब्ध जानकारी के आधार पर parties के बीच communication और resolution facilitate करने का reasonable प्रयास कर सकता है।
* Third-party transaction में BuildFlows स्वयं contracting party न होने पर actual contractual responsibility संबंधित parties की रहेगी।
BuildFlows का उद्देश्य केवल customer को किसी seller/professional से जोड़ना नहीं है। BuildFlows धीरे-धीरे एक organised support system विकसित कर सकता है जिसमें, जहाँ applicable हो:
- Customer Requirement
- Quotation records
- Selected Option
- Material/Service Details
- Payment Information
- Delivery Updates
- Photos / Videos
- Complaints
- Progress Information
- Project Records
को व्यवस्थित रखने में सहायता की जा सकती है। यह support system customer को transparency और information उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से है, न कि third-party performance की 100% guarantee के रूप में।
BuildFlows platform पर Land, Plot, House, Property, और अन्य permitted real-estate opportunities से संबंधित enquiry या listing facilitation की जा सकती है।
स्पष्टीकरण: BuildFlows property owner, seller या buyer नहीं है, जब तक किसी particular transaction में लिखित रूप से ऐसा न बताया गया हो।

की independent verification customer को स्वयं या अपने qualified legal/property advisor के माध्यम से करनी चाहिए। जहाँ applicable law/RERA requirements लागू हों, संबंधित parties और BuildFlows अपने respective legal obligations के अनुसार compliance करेंगे।
Property listing submit करने वाला व्यक्ति यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि:
- उसे property list करने का वैध अधिकार/authority है;
- दी गई information सही और सटीक है;
- Photos/documents वास्तविक हैं;
- Ownership/authority के बारे में misleading claim नहीं किया गया है;
- Duplicate या fake listing नहीं बनाई गई है;
- किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की property को बिना authority के list नहीं किया गया है।
BuildFlows suspicious, misleading, duplicate या potentially fraudulent listing को remove, suspend या reject करने का पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
Platform पर निम्न गतिविधियाँ पूर्णतः prohibited (निषिद्ध) हैं:

Duplicate/fake accounts
Spam
Harassment
Abusive behaviour

BuildFlows verification को गलत तरीके से प्रस्तुत करना
BuildFlows ऐसे users/accounts/listings को suspend, restrict, remove या block कर सकता है।
Users द्वारा दिए गए reviews वास्तविक अनुभव पर आधारित होने चाहिए। निम्न prohibited हैं:
- Fake reviews या paid fake ratings;
- False claims या भ्रामक बयान;
- Abusive content या धमकी भरा व्यवहार;
- Personal attacks या मानहानिकारक टिप्पणियां;
- Deliberately misleading information।
BuildFlows policy violation वाले content को moderate, hide या remove कर सकता है। जहाँ appropriate हो, complaints/reviews की internal verification की जा सकती है।
Users द्वारा upload की गई Photos, Videos, Documents, Property information, Material information, Reviews, Descriptions, और अन्य content की primary responsibility संबंधित user की होगी।
User यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि uploaded content किसी third party के Copyright, Trademark, Privacy rights, Ownership rights, या अन्य legal rights का उल्लंघन न करे।
Customer द्वारा दी गई information में आवश्यकता के अनुसार Name, Mobile number, WhatsApp number, Location, Construction requirement, Material requirement, Service requirement, और Property enquiry शामिल हो सकते हैं।
Customer की requirement को पूरा करने के लिए BuildFlows आवश्यक information संबंधित dealer, supplier, professional या relevant party के साथ share कर सकता है, subject to applicable law और BuildFlows Privacy Policy।
Website पर अलग Privacy Policy उपलब्ध होगी।
Website पर enquiry, quotation request या service request submit करने पर customer को अपनी enquiry से संबंधित communication के लिए WhatsApp, Phone, SMS, और Email के माध्यम से contact किया जा सकता है, subject to applicable law and communication preferences।
BuildFlows website/app पर WhatsApp, Google Maps, Payment services, Social media, Third-party websites, और अन्य external platforms के links या integrations हो सकते हैं।
इन third-party platforms की अपनी Terms & Privacy Policies हो सकती हैं। BuildFlows उन third-party platforms के independent operation के लिए responsible नहीं है।
BuildFlows का Name, Logo, Brand, Website, Design, Content, Graphics, Software, Database, Business methodology, Text, और Trademark BuildFlows या उसके licensors की property हो सकता है।
बिना written permission इनके commercial copying, reproduction या unauthorised use की अनुमति नहीं है।
BuildFlows website पर information को reasonably accurate और updated रखने का प्रयास करता है। लेकिन: Market prices, Stock, Availability, Property listings, Service availability, और Third-party information समय के साथ बदल सकती है।
इसलिए customer को final transaction से पहले relevant information confirm करनी चाहिए।
BuildFlows किसी particular location में किसी particular Dealer, Supplier, Material, Professional, Property, या Service की availability की guarantee नहीं देता। Availability BuildFlows के network और operational conditions पर निर्भर हो सकती है।
BuildFlows future में अपने platform में New categories, New services, New features, Quotation systems, Verification systems, Support systems, Partner policies, और Applicable charges जोड़ या बदल सकता है।
Updated Terms website पर publish होने के बाद लागू हो सकती हैं, subject to applicable law.
BuildFlows किसी user/account/listing को suspend या terminate कर सकता है यदि:
- Terms का उल्लंघन हो;
- Fraudulent activity हो;
- False information दी गई हो;
- Fake documents दिए गए हों;
- Repeated complaints हों;
- Platform misuse हो;
- Illegal activity का reasonable suspicion हो।
BuildFlows एक mediator/facilitator platform के रूप में third-party parties को connect करने और support प्रदान करने का प्रयास करता है। जहाँ BuildFlows transaction का contracting party नहीं है, वहाँ BuildFlows third-party के:

Delayed delivery
Poor workmanship
Payment default
Fraud
Property dispute
Ownership dispute
Service failure
Cancellation

Agreement breach
के लिए स्वतः responsible नहीं होगा। यह provision applicable law के अधीन होगा और ऐसी liability को exclude नहीं करेगा जिसे कानून द्वारा exclude करना permitted नहीं है।
BuildFlows द्वारा दी गई सामान्य information को professional legal, financial, engineering, architectural या property advice का substitute नहीं माना जाना चाहिए।
जहाँ आवश्यक हो, customer को qualified Lawyer, Chartered Accountant, Engineer, Architect, Property professional, या अन्य qualified advisor से independent advice लेने की सलाह दी जाती है।
BuildFlows ऐसी परिस्थितियों के कारण होने वाले delay/failure के लिए responsible नहीं होगा जो उसके reasonable control से बाहर हों, जैसे:
Natural disaster
Flood
Fire
Government restrictions
War
Riot
Strike
Major technical failure
Internet/network failure
Transportation disruption
अन्य unforeseen circumstances
Applicable law के अधीन यह provision लागू होगा।
इन Terms पर भारत के लागू कानून (Laws of India) लागू होंगे।

Website का उपयोग करने, enquiry submit करने, quotation request करने, service request भेजने या property listing submit करने पर user यह स्वीकार करता है कि उसने:
- इन Terms & Conditions को पढ़ा है;
- इनके provisions को समझा है;
- BuildFlows की mediator/facilitator भूमिका को समझा है;
- यह समझा है कि BuildFlows third-party transactions की 100% guarantee नहीं देता;
- तथा applicable Privacy Policy को स्वीकार किया है।
BuildFlows का उद्देश्य किसी customer को किसी particular seller, dealer या professional को जबरदस्ती चुनने के लिए बाध्य करना नहीं है।
BuildFlows जहाँ संभव हो customer को उपलब्ध options/quotations की जानकारी देगा। अंतिम निर्णय customer का होगा।
BuildFlows का मुख्य उद्देश्य:
